Wendy and Kevin’s Hot Pink & Purple Cupcake Wedding Tower
We met with Wendy recently to plan a cupcake tower for her wedding to fiance Kevin which was to be held at the beautiful Belle Epoque in Knutsford. After sampling some of our cupcakes they chose to have a combination of vanilla & strawberry cupcakes, and double chocolate cupcakes. As Kevin was a cherry fan, we also filled the double chocolate cupcakes with a gorgeous cherry preserve.
Wendy and Kevins colour scheme was hot pink and purple to tie in the decor at Belle Epoque. We baked the cupcakes in black cases, and topped them with big swirls of cream and hot pink buttercream. We then decorated them with hot pink icing gerberas, fresh cherries and hot pink and purple icing hearts. Wendy and Kevin were really pleased with their cupcakes and Wendy sent us this lovely message,
“Thankyou so so much for such an amazing job !!! All the guests were bowled over by our wedding cakes and they looked AMAZING!! Matched perfectly with the colour scheme and tasted delicious. We will be passing your name on whenever we can and hope that your cake business grows and grows xxx”
We’re really pleased that Kevin, Wendy and all their guests enjoyed the cupcakes!
Amazing, all your cupcakes take my breath away they are so beautiful. I’m hoping to get my skills up to this standard. I’m from Scotland but I’ll be in Manchester in a few weeks time, i may need to The Coffee House in Eccles and give these lovelies a sample.
